About CurioSignals
Stay curious.
Think for yourself.
Make sense of AI without having to follow everything.

Oliver Gerke · Publisher and developer
I’m Oliver. I write CurioSignals and develop this website. It’s about AI in everyday life and work: what’s changing, what new possibilities are opening up, and what should you keep in mind?
Why CurioSignals
Every day brings a flood of AI announcements, demos and promises. Most of it is noise. CurioSignals looks for the signals in it: developments that actually affect you or that you can try for yourself. Curiosity is the driving force; your own judgement is the goal.
Understand it. Decide for yourself.
CurioSignals explains developments, puts opportunities and risks into context, and leaves room for open questions. Good developments can be exciting. What matters is what the sources actually support.
How the articles come together
Briefings and interesting finds are starting points. Before publication, I check claims against original sources, official documents and reliable specialist sources. I distinguish between announcements, available features and my own assessments.
I clearly label my own tests and identify claims made by providers. Invented examples are labelled too: they explain an idea rather than describe an incident I observed.
AI helps with research, structure and wording. I’m responsible for the editorial choices, source checks and approval for publication.
Clear explanations, clear limits
A short introduction gets you into the subject. Sources let you follow up on claims, and specific limitations appear where they matter. Practical steps are included when they help you.
Feedback and corrections
If you spot a mistake, email me with the article in question and, if possible, a source. I mark substantive corrections to published articles with an updated date.
